FACTCO’s full fibre network is now live in Wheldrake, just in time for Christmas!
This significant investment will inject a new lease on life for the community that has battled slow, unreliable broadband for years.
One of the first connected customers, Wheldrake Parish Councillor Tim Wilkinson, was thrilled to have his home connected to the full fibre network.
“The engineers who fitted the broadband were very good and connected it all quickly and showed me the app… you can set up parental controls on a per item level and you can set timings for device connections,” Tim said.
Over 800 Wheldrakians can connect to our full fibre, a great step for the company which is determined to bridge the gap between the UK’s urban-rural digital divide.
“This connection is no small feat! A lot of work behind-the-scenes has gone into the designing, building and installing of a network that will better service the growing community for decades to come,” he said.
