Will FACTCO install my office VOIP system and configure the phone handsets?

If you need support with installation then our team is on hand to help you with installation.

How long does it take to set up VOIP?

Once payment has been taken and you have all the equipment and a good internet connection then your VOIP can be set up within 48 hours.

What levels of support do FACTCO offer?

Our team of experts are happy to provide you support and advice for all of our products and services. Our team is available on the phone 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday and until 5pm on Friday. Or we will respond to any emails until 8pm Monday – Thursday.

Do FACTCO replace broken headsets/handsets?

If your headset or handsets are under warranty and there is an issue then we will resolve and fix this for you.

Does VOIP require maintenance?

If your VOIP ever requires any upgrades or maintenance then our team will notify you if this is to happen.
