How do I get broadband for my house/flat with FACTCO?

If FACTCO have installed a full fibre network in your area you will be able to switch to us. If you’re looking to gain a full fibre network in your area, then an installation will need to take place.  

How do I switch from my current supplier to FACTCO?

If you’re currently using another supplier and you’re looking to switch you can switch to us and be up and running with minimum disruption.  

What if I’m moving to a new house and want to bring my FACTCO broadband with me?

If you’re moving to another full fibre capable building/location then yes you can bring your broadband with you, if full fibre is not available at your new home please contact us to discuss options.  

What Internet connections are there?

The main internet connection that we provide is a full fibre connection to your business or home also known as FttP (Fibre to the Premise) This can offer you up to 1GB of internet upload and download speeds.  

What types of fibre broadband can be installed?

There are three types of fibre broadband: Fibre to the Home where the fibre cable goes all the way to your home. Fibre to Cabinet where the fibre cable goes to the street cabinet and then a copper cable goes to your home. Hyperfast Fibre our latest fibre optic broadband direct to your building. What are the costs and are there any discounts available for installation?

Installation costs vary with each project. We offer free site surveys so you can get a quick assessment and estimations for a time frame and costs.  

Can I upgrade my home broadband to office broadband if I work at home?

Yes, if you’re wanting to add on certain packages and add ons so you can run your business from home then we can help you to increase your connectivity.  

What if I rent, will you liaise with the landlord?

We will contact building owners if an installation is required to make sure that everyone is aware that a full fibre network is coming to the area.  

How is payment taken and what contracts are involved?

Our standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date via Direct Debit.
