Fibre Installation

How do I get a Fibre Internet connection for my office / building?

Contact our experts and we can schedule in a time to come and visit you on site. We will then organise a time for a survey to see what the next steps will be.

Can we use the governments Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme to cover the costs of installation?

Yes – if your business follows the criteria for the scheme you will be able to claim a voucher to help fund your fibre installation.

If I’m a landlord with multiple offices, can I connect all the offices with the same Fibre installation and connection?

If you have multiple offices then we would recommend that each office has its individual connection. This will allow us to manage all the individual residents and businesses much more effectively and ensure they are receiving fast internet speeds.

If I have offices in different locations across the UK, do we need multiple fibre installations per office?

Depending on what these locations are. If you have large buildings, then yes these will need separate leased lines

Does fibre installation require groundwork? What if the groundwork is in a public space?

Depending on the installation, this may require groundwork. Once we visit the site, we can assess the installation. This is all part of the installation and something that we can easily manage for you.

How is payment taken and what contracts are involved?

Our standard payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice via direct debit
