What level of support do you offer businesses?
Our team of experts are happy to provide you support and advice for all of our products and services.
Our team is available on the phone 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday and until 5pm on Friday. Or we will respond to any emails until 8pm Monday – Thursday.
Do you offer home business installation and support?
If your home is full fibre capable then we will be able to offer you support with installation.
Do you offer office network and office support?
Yes, if you are experiencing network issues our technical team will be available to assist you.
Do we need to buy a router or any other hardware or software?
For your internet connection we will provide you with all the necessary equipment. For any extra phone systems, we do sell handphones if you need them.
How quickly will internet issues be resolved?
In the rare case of your connection being interrupted we will solve this as quickly as possible.
Can we upgrade if we require a faster internet connection? What are our options?
Yes if you’re looking to increase your internet speeds, we offer higher packages that will pride you with faster upload and download speeds and we provide packages that offer 1GB upload and download speeds.
